Zaleca się pozostawienie szczeliny kompensacyjnej pomiędzy odcinkami profilu, umożliwiającej kompensację wydłużeń wynikających z rozszerzalności cieplnej aluminium. 3.6 Czy klosz LED można wciskać „na siłę”? Nie. Klosz należy montować równomiernie, bez użycia nadmiernej siły i bez ostrych narzędzi, aby nie powodować naprężeń i mikropęknięć tworzywa. 3.7 Jak prawidłowo osadzać klosz w profilu LED? Klosz należy montować etapowo. Najpierw osadzić jedną krawędź w gnieździe profilu, a następnie równomiernie dociskać na całej długości, bez użycia nadmiernej siły. 3.8 Czy profile aluminiowe LED wpustowe wymagają luzów bocznych? Tak. Zbyt ciasna zabudowa może ograniczać naturalną pracę profilu aluminiowego LED i prowadzić do naprężeń oraz uszkodzeń klosza. 3.4 Can a self-tapping screw be driven directly through the aluminium profile into the mounting surface? No. This may lead to deformation and collapsing of the profile chambers, which makes installation of the LED strip and diffuser more difficult. 3.5 Should LED profiles be joined “end-to-end”? No. It is recommended to leave a compensation gap between profile sections to allow for expansion resulting from aluminium thermal expansion. 3.6 Can the LED diffuser be pressed in “by force”? No. The diffuser should be inserted evenly along its length, without excessive force and without sharp tools, in order to avoid stress and micro-cracks in the plastic. 3.7 How should the diffuser be properly inserted into the LED profile? The diffuser should be installed gradually. First, insert one edge into the profile groove, then press evenly along the entire length without excessive force. 3.8 Do recessed aluminium LED profiles require lateral clearance? Yes. Installation that is too tight may restrict the natural movement of the aluminium LED profile and lead to stress and diffuser damage. 3.4 Darf eine Blechschraube direkt durch das Aluminiumprofil in den Untergrund geschraubt werden? Nein. Das kann zur Verformung und zum Verschließen der Profilkammern führen, was die Montage des LED-Bandes und der Abdeckung erschwert. 3.5 Sollten LED-Profile „stoß an Stoß“ verbunden werden? Nein. Zuerst eine Kante in die Profilnut einsetzen, anschließend entlang der gesamten Länge gleichmäßig andrücken, ohne übermäßige Kraft anzuwenden. 3.8 Benötigen Einbau- Aluminium-LED-Profile seitliches Spiel? Ja. Insérer d’abord un bord dans la rainure du profilé, puis presser uniformément sur toute la longueur sans appliquer de force excessive. 3.8 Les profilés LED en aluminium encastrés nécessitent-ils un jeu latéral ? Oui. Une installation trop serrée peut limiter le mouvement naturel du profilé en aluminium et entraîner des contraintes ainsi que des dommages au diffuseur.
