FAQ 3. MONTAŻ PROFILI I KLOSZY LED. 3.1 Czy profil i klosz LED powinny mieć identyczną długość?  Nie. Należy pozostawić luz kompensacyjny umożliwiający naturalną pracę profilu aluminiowego LED oraz klosza z tworzywa sztucznego.  3.2 Czy profil aluminiowy LED można mocować bezpośrednio do podłoża?  Tak, pod warunkiem prawidłowego wykonania otworów montażowych oraz zapewnienia kompensacji wydłużeń. W instalacji należy przewidzieć jeden otwór montażowy stały oraz pozostałe otwory montażowe luzowe umożliwiające przesuw profilu. Sztywne dokręcenie wszystkich punktów mocowania może blokować naturalną pracę profilu aluminiowego LED i prowadzić do powstawania naprężeń.  3.3 Jak prawidłowo przygotować otwory montażowe w profilu?   Wmiejscu przewidzianym jako otwór montażowy stały należy wykonać otwór dopasowany do średnicy elementu mocującego oraz wykonać jego fazowanie, tak aby łepek śruby przylegał do powierzchni profilu. W pozostałych miejscach należy wykonać otwory montażowe luzowe, większe od średnicy wkręta lub śruby, oraz wykonać ich fazowanie. Otwory te umożliwiają kontrolowany przesuw wzdłużny profilu i kompensację rozszerzalności cieplnej aluminium. 3. MONTAGE DES PROFILÉS ET DIFFUSEURS LED. 3.1 Le profilé LED et le diffuseur doivent-ils avoir des longueurs identiques ? Non. Un jeu de compensation doit être prévu afin de permettre le mouvement naturel du profilé en aluminium et du diffuseur en plastique. 3.2 Peut-on fixer directement un profilé LED en aluminium au support ? Oui, à condition que les trous de fixation soient correctement préparés et que la compensation des dilatations soit assurée. L’installation doit prévoir un trou de fixation fixe ainsi que des trous de fixation oblongs permettant le déplacement du profilé. Un serrage rigide de tous les points de fixation peut bloquer le mouvement naturel du profilé en aluminium et entraîner des contraintes. 3.3 Comment préparer correctement les trous de fixation dans le profilé ? À l’emplacement prévu comme trou de fixation fixe, il convient de percer un trou adapté au diamètre de l’élément de fixation et de réaliser un fraisage afin que la tête de vis affleure la surface du profilé. Aux autres emplacements, il convient de percer des trous oblongs plus grands que le diamètre de la vis ou du boulon et de les fraiser également. Ces trous permettent un déplacement longitudinal contrôlé du profilé et la compensation de la dilatation thermique de l’aluminium. 3. INSTALLATION OF LED PROFILES AND DIFFUSERS. 3.1 Should the LED profile and diffuser have identical lengths? No. A compensation clearance should be provided to allow natural movement of the aluminium LED profile and plastic diffuser. 3.2 Can an aluminium LED profile be mounted directly to the mounting surface? Yes, provided that mounting holes are properly prepared and expansion compensation is ensured. In the installation, one fixed mounting hole and the remaining clearance mounting holes allowing profile movement should be provided. Fully tightening all mounting points may restrict the natural movement of the aluminium LED profile and lead to stress. 3.3 How should mounting holes in the profile be properly prepared? At the location designated as the fixed mounting hole, a hole matching the diameter of the fastening element should be drilled and countersunk so that the screw head rests against the profile surface. In the remaining points, clearance mounting holes larger than the diameter of the screw or bolt should be drilled and countersunk. These holes enable controlled longitudinal movement of the profile and compensation of aluminium thermal expansion. 3. MONTAGE VON LED-PROFILEN UND ABDECKUNGEN. 3.1 Sollten LED-Profil und Abdeckung identische Längen haben? Nein. Es sollte ein Ausgleichsspiel vorgesehen werden, das die natürliche Bewegung von Aluminiumprofil und Kunststoffabdeckung ermöglicht. 3.2 Kann ein Aluminium-LED- Profil direkt am Untergrund befestigt werden? Ja, vorausgesetzt, dass die Montagebohrungen korrekt vorbereitet werden und ein Längenausgleich gewährleistet ist.In der Installation sollte eine feste Montagebohrung sowie weitere lose Montagebohrungen vorgesehen werden, die eine Längsbewegung des Profils ermöglichen. Ein starres Festziehen aller Befestigungspunkte kann die natürliche Bewegung des Aluminium-LED-Profils blockieren und zu Spannungen führen. 3.3 Wie sind Montagebohrungen im Profil korrekt vorzubereiten? An der als feste Montagebohrung vorgesehenen Stelle ist eine Bohrung passend zum Durchmesser des Befestigungselements herzustellen und zu fasen, sodass der Schraubenkopf an der Profiloberfläche anliegt. An den übrigen Stellen sind lose Montagebohrungen größer als der Schrauben- oder Bolzendurchmesser herzustellen und ebenfalls zu fasen. Diese Bohrungen ermöglichen eine kontrollierte Längsverschiebung des Profils und den Ausgleich der Wärmeausdehnung des Aluminiums. 47
